EEEF also helps deserving students continue their education by providing scholarships that will support them through their education cycle. Donations to the scholarship fund cover tuition, room and board, school supplies for the 10 month school year, and uniforms for the elementary and secondary students. |
Examples of Current Needs:
Tuition, Room/Board & School Supplies (per student):
Facility and Equipment Maintenance - $600 annually/$50 monthly Includes:
School Operations - $1,200 annually/$100 monthly (12 months)
Expenditures for food, supplies, petrol, utilities, and equipment restoration (i.e. computers).
Micro-Economic Training & Development - $1800 annually/$150 monthly Includes:
Teachers' Stipend - $900 annually/$90 monthly
For students to learn, we must recruit the highest qualified teachers, and as important, retain these dedicated mentors to educate, and guide the future leaders of Ethiopia and throughout the world.

- $650 annually/$65 monthly & $25 - Berhane Yesus Elementary School
- $650 annually/$65 monthly & $35 - Bethel Evangelical Secondary School
- $800 annually/$80 monthly & $48 - Gidada Theological College

- Repairing and improving educational buildings, dormitories, chapel, and dining facilities
- Servicing and refurbishing vehicles and farm equipment
- Purchasing parts, and/or new vehicles and farm equipment
School Operations - $1,200 annually/$100 monthly (12 months)
Expenditures for food, supplies, petrol, utilities, and equipment restoration (i.e. computers).
Micro-Economic Training & Development - $1800 annually/$150 monthly Includes:
- Creating, growing promoting agricultural and income generation programs like animal husbandry, coffee production, and bee keeping
- Vocational training
- Overall business management and practices for all income generation activities
