What does the EEEF do?
EEEF actively recruits candidates for teaching positions, secures educational scholarships for qualified students, and shares PC(USA)’s educational mission with congregations and governing bodies of the Church and service organizations.
Short Term Missions:
We also recognize the immediate needs of our schools, and daily challenges for their administrators and staff. Volunteering time and talent is one way of addressing these needs.
EEEF enlists short-term mission volunteers and advises work teams desiring to serve. We welcome and embrace those interested in joining short-term mission teams to Dembi Dollo, and invite you to learn more about our projects, which are separately funded by each mission team, and how you can support our work.
EEEF’s Development Committee
concentrates on long-term development by cultivating funding to sustain and advance the educational programs of each school.
Partnering for Excellence:
EEEF collaborates and partners with school administrators, Presbyterian Mission Agency, mission co-workers, and the Western Wollega Bethel Synod in Ethiopia.
EEEF’s funding initiatives help the three schools continue their mission of preparing the people of Western Wollega for all facets of life, service, and ministry. The schools offer quality curriculum and instruction, vocational training and practical application, as well as leadership programs and development opportunities, all within a Christian environment.
